New call for offers: AlgaeRevive round table on 17 November 2026

Via Pontica Foundation invites interested candidates to submit offers for the organisation and logistical support of a round table in Burgas under the AlgaeRevive project (BSB00091), funded under the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.

The event is scheduled for 17 November 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00, at a venue in Burgas proposed by the contractor.

Deadline for submission of offers: 5 November 2026, 17:00 (local time in Bulgaria).

Maximum budget: EUR 833.33 excluding VAT / EUR 1,000.00 including VAT.

Award criterion: lowest total price including VAT. In the event of equal prices, the offer received earlier will be ranked first.

Offers and accompanying documents must be submitted by email to office@viapontica.org or in hard copy at the Foundation’s office: 1 Ivan Vazov Blvd., 2nd floor, Office 1, Burgas, between 09:00 and 17:00, before the submission deadline.

The new procedure was launched by Order No. Z-56-1026/28.10.2026 and announced through invitation Ref. No. P-58-1026/28.10.2026, following the termination of the previous procedure by Order No. Z-55-1026/28.10.2026.
