Invitation to Submit Offers for the Organisation of a Round Table under the AlgaeRevive Project
Via Pontica Foundation invites interested candidates to submit offers for the organisation and logistical support of a round table in Burgas under the AlgaeRevive project (BSB00091), funded by the Interreg NEXT Black Sea Basin Programme 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.
The event is scheduled for 11 November 2026, from 10:00 to 13:00.
Maximum budget: EUR 833.33 excluding VAT / EUR 1,000.00 including VAT.
Award criterion: lowest price, with offers compared on the basis of the total price including VAT.
Deadline for submission of offers: 2 November 2026, 17:00 (local time in Bulgaria).
Offers and accompanying documents must be submitted by email to office@viapontica.org or in hard copy at the Foundation’s office: 1 Ivan Vazov Blvd., 2nd floor, Office 1, Burgas, between 09:00 and 17:00.
